We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain this learning environment and our make up lesson system.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Weather Alerts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>Classes may be cancelled due to severe weather conditions in the area surrounding the school. Any class cancellations will be announced via LINE. <\/span><span>Please note that classes cancelled due to severe weather are not eligible for make up lessons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Even if classes are held as scheduled, we kindly ask families to prioritize safety and use their own discretion regarding attendance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Pickup Arrangements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We ask that parents\/guardians ensure timely pickup at the end of class. Initial instances of late pickup will receive a courtesy notice; however, further instances will incur a fee of <span>\u00a5500 for every 15-minute period.<\/span> Frequent delays in pickup may lead to program withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"141\" data-end=\"349\">The initial payment should be made by bank transfer. Once the automatic withdrawal system is set up, tuition fees will be automatically withdrawn on the 22nd of the preceding month each month. Please note that payments are non-refundable. In the event of any tuition or fee revisions, the withdrawal amount may be adjusted with prior notice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Health and Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The school monitors staff health and conducts wellness checks for students upon arrival. Masks may be used when necessary. If a student is feeling unwell, we kindly ask that they rest at home until they have recovered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Leaves of Absence and Withdrawals<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you wish to take a leave of absence or withdraw, please notify us by the 20th of the month prior to your intended start (e.g., notify by November 20 for withdrawal at the end of December).<\/p>\n<p>To secure a student\u2019s place during a leave, we offer up to two months&#8217; leave for half of the regular monthly tuition fee. After two months, students who do not resume attendance will be considered withdrawn.<\/p>\n<p>Ticket holders are encouraged to use their tickets within five months and to reserve dates upon returning to lessons.<\/p>\n<p>Due to our commitment to maintaining a low instructor-student ratio, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our leave and withdrawal policies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Prohibited Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Should any prohibited conduct occur, we will arrange a meeting with parents to discuss the situation. Repeated occurrences, despite intervention, may result in alternative arrangements or withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Violent behavior, verbal abuse, or bullying<br \/>&#8211; Vandalism of classroom property or equipment<br \/>&#8211; Other disruptive actions affecting the learning environment<\/p>\n<p>Instructors strive to provide a safe and respectful space for all students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.
