以下はレモネードイングリッシュスクールの規約です。以下の項目に同意のうえ、レッスンをご受講ください。規約に変更が生じた場合はご連絡いたします。

１. 欠席について

• グループクラス
  欠席の際は、なるべく早くLINEでご連絡ください。状況の把握、体験予約枠の調整、講師の準備、材料購入、プリント用意等に関わるため、ご協力をお願いいたします。
• プライベートクラス
  レッスンの24時間前までにご連絡ください。それ以降のキャンセルや、No-showの場合、レッスン料100%がかかります。講師の時間枠を確保して準備していますので、何卒ご理解願います。

２. 振替について

メンバーのご都合による欠席は、無断欠席を除いて、月１回まで振替が可能です。振替は２ヶ月以内に行ってください。無断欠席および２ヶ月を過ぎた場合は、レッスン消化済みとみなします。なお、振替日に欠席された場合の再振替はできません。

当スクールは、クラスごとにレベル分けを行う少人数制の教室です。この環境と振替制度を維持するため、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

 

サタデー	ロングの日の午後に出席ください。他の同等クラスに空きがあり出席可能な場合にも振替することができます。 クラス例：英語学童・ほかグループ
学童	他のクラスに空きがある場合に出席することができます。
プログラミング	レッスン録画を確認もしくは講師の用意するクイズを受けることで遅れなく進められます。
マイクラ	定期的に周遊Weekを設け、その期間中は他のクラスにも入ることができます。
その他グループ	レベルの合った、空きのあるグループで振替が可能です。
プライベート（個別）	講師との日程調整をお願いします。

 

 

３. 警報発令時

警報発令時は、教室付近の天候状況により休講となることがあります。LINEにてお知らせいたします。教室が開いている場合でも安全を最優先にご判断ください。

４. お迎えについて

授業終了時間に合わせたお迎えをお願いします。遅延が続く場合、初回はお知らせとし、2回目以降は15分毎に500円の延長費が発生します。頻繁な遅延が繰り返される場合、プログラム退会となる可能性があります。

５. 費用の納入

初回費用は銀行振込にてお支払いください。自動引落システムの設定完了後は、毎月、前月22日に自動引落となります。

お支払い後の返金はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。また、月謝等の改定に伴い、事前にご案内のうえで引落金額が変更となる場合がございます。

６. 感染症予防

スクールでは、スタッフの健康管理および入室時に任意でアルコール消毒を実施しています。必要に応じてマスクを使用し、体調不良時は自宅での休養をお願いいたします。

７. 休会・退会

希望する月の前月２０日までにご連絡ください。（例えば１２月末の休会・退会は１１月２０日までにご連絡）

席の確保を希望する休会は、月謝の半額の費用で最大２ヶ月間休会することができます。 ３ヶ月目に複会されない場合は、自動的に退会となります。

回数チケット制の場合は、引き続きなるべく５ヶ月間でチケットを消化いただき、複会の際に出席日をご予約ください。

当スクールは、講師一人あたりの生徒数を、少数に徹底したスクールです。休会・退会制度についてご理解ご協力をよろしくお願いします。

８. 禁止項目

次のような行為が確認された場合は、話し合いの場を設け、必要に応じて保護者に報告するとともに、早期の問題解決へ取り組みます。繰り返しの話し合いにも関わらず改善がみられない場合は、受講形態の変更や退会となることがあります。

暴力行為・暴言・いじめ・教室や備品の破損行為・そのほか迷惑行為

講師は、すべてのメンバーが安全で快適に学べる環境を守ります。

９. お問い合わせ

スクールのLINEをご利用ください。3営業日以内に返信させていただきます。万が一返信がない場合は、お手数ですが再度ご連絡いただけますようお願いいたします。

Please review and agree to the following terms and conditions prior to attending lessons. We will inform you of any future updates to these terms.

1. Absences

Group Classes
If you will be absent, kindly notify us as soon as possible via LINE. This helps us manage scheduling, adjust trial class availability, purchase materials, and prepare handouts. We appreciate your cooperation.

Private Classes
Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. For cancellations within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the lesson fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding, as instructors reserve time specifically for these sessions.

2. Makeup Lessons

Absences due to personal reasons may be made up once per month, excluding unnotified absences. Make-up lessons must be completed within two months of the missed class. Unnotified absences and lessons not made up within the two-month period will be considered forfeited. Please note that a make-up lesson cannot be rescheduled if the student is absent on the make-up day.

– Saturday Class
Makeup attendance is available in the afternoon on “long Saturday” sessions, or in any class with open slots.

– After-school Program
Makeup attendance is allowed in any available class.

– Programming
Students may review class recordings, or take a quiz prepared by the instructor, to ensure smooth continuity.

– Minecraft
During our “Touring Week,” students may join other classes as available.

– Other Group Classes
Make-up lessons may be taken in other group classes of the same level, provided there is available space.

– Private Lessons
Please coordinate scheduling directly with the instructor.

 

Our school operates small, leveled classes to ensure an effective learning environment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain this environment and the make-up lesson system.

 

3. Weather Alerts

Classes may be canceled due to severe weather alerts affecting the vicinity of the school. Notifications will be sent via LINE. Even if classes remain open, please make decisions regarding attendance with safety in mind.

4. Pickup Arrangements

We ask that parents/guardians ensure timely pickup at the end of class. Initial instances of late pickup will receive a courtesy notice; however, further instances will incur a fee of ¥500 for every 15-minute period. Frequent delays in pickup may lead to program withdrawal.

5. Payment Terms

The initial payment should be made by bank transfer. Once the automatic withdrawal system is set up, tuition fees will be automatically withdrawn on the 22nd of the preceding month each month. Please note that payments are non-refundable. In the event of any tuition or fee revisions, the withdrawal amount may be adjusted with prior notice.

6. Health and Safety

The school implements health protocols, such as optional hand sanitizing upon entry. Mask use is encouraged as needed, and students are kindly requested to rest at home if feeling unwell.

7. Leaves of Absence and Withdrawals

If you wish to take a leave of absence or withdraw, please notify us by the 20th of the month prior to your intended start (e.g., notify by November 20 for withdrawal at the end of December).

To secure a student’s place during a leave, we offer up to two months’ leave for half of the regular monthly tuition fee. After two months, students who do not resume attendance will be considered withdrawn.

Ticket holders are encouraged to use their tickets within five months and to reserve dates upon returning to lessons.

Due to our commitment to maintaining a low instructor-student ratio, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our leave and withdrawal policies.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Should any prohibited conduct occur, we will arrange a meeting with parents to discuss the situation. Repeated occurrences, despite intervention, may result in alternative arrangements or withdrawal.

– Violent behavior, verbal abuse, or bullying
– Vandalism of classroom property or equipment
– Other disruptive actions affecting the learning environment

Instructors strive to provide a safe and respectful space for all students.
