探究心が強く、自然界の「なぜ？」を素直に表現できる子どもたち。この時期にSTEAM教育の根幹である「創る」こと（遊び＋想い＋具体）を通じて、自主性や表現力、クリティカル思考や問題解決力等のスキル習得を重視したレッスンをオールイングリッシュでおこないます。

学童使いもできる少人数の放課後英語教室。使用言語は英語。クラフトなどのアクティビティを通して、英語を話していることに気が付かなくなるほどのイマージョン（英語に浸りきる状態）を！

サイエンス・テクノロジー・エンジニアリング・アート（人文）・算数の５つの分野を区切ることなく、１つのプロジェクトで横断的に学びます。例えばペットボトルで肺のモデルを工作して仕組みを観察！ふわふわ絵の具を作って自由にアート！プログラミングでロボットを走らせる！ワクワクするプロジェクトを一緒に楽しみます。
Focusing on physical & mental health
ストレッチやサークルタイムでの「気持ち」の発表で、心と体に意識を向けます。発表の機会を多く持ち、表現力・積極性・発信力を高めます。
英語を「理解できる」にとどまらず、英語で「表現し自らアイディアを生み出せる」か。これからの時代に必要なマインドを重視します。
Furthermore, we engage in regular science-themed lessons centered around the human body. Through a range of activities, we cultivate awareness of health and foster a sense of gratitude.

First and foremost, we prioritize the exciting and fun-filled sense of wonder, and we highly value the spirit of exploring on our own. Even when the answers don't align with what adults usually expect, we respect and value children's ideas and perspectives, and we embrace the opportunity to think together without disregarding their thoughts.
Rather than using the conventional approach where adults simply provide knowledge to children, we foster an environment where children actively think and engage in hands-on experimentation (tinkering). By doing so, they can experience a more profound and enjoyable style of learning.

It's quite a struggle to convince her to take a break when she's not feeling well or has other commitments. Haha. The teachers, both foreign and Japanese, have a wonderful approach when it comes to students struggling with speaking English fluently or pronouncing words correctly. Instead of focusing on their mistakes or what they couldn't do, they prioritize appreciating the students' efforts and acknowledging their progress. As a parent, I believe it's crucial to create an environment where the child feels valued for taking that first step forward. The teachers' positive and supportive attitude helps the child maintain a confident and optimistic mindset towards English, ensuring they don't feel discouraged or inferior.

Where is it located?
サタデークラスの場所は、
４月より、堺筋本町駅３番出口より徒歩約５分の「CONCOM」です。エレベーターは６番出口にあります。
特別イベント等は、堺筋本町駅１２番出口（１３番と２番出口はエレベーター付）より東に信号２つ分進んだところの「大阪産業創造館（産創館）」で行うことが多いです。
- 駐輪場
建物の後ろ側（北側）にあります。１F 防災センター（建物向かって右手奥）で駐輪許可証がもらえます。 - 駐車場

英検クラスは、「大阪産業創造館（産創館）」もしくは「自宅訪問（産創館より徒歩圏内）」です。英語学童の後半にもおこなっています。

先生はどんなかたですか？
レモネードスクールの講師は、様々な国で生まれ育ち、それぞれの専門分野を突き詰め、教育に傾倒してきた教師たちです。
多様な文化背景を持ちながらも、共通しているのは、持ちうるすべての知識と経験を子どもたちと共有し、子どもたちがこれから生きるこの世界で言語バリアを感じず、自分の可能性を最大限に伸ばし幸せを選択していってほしい、という強い気持ちです。

What items are needed for class? (STEAM Class)
- アートやクラフト、体操をするため、汚れてもよい動きやすい服装
- マスク（任意）
- 水筒
- ハンカチ
- 鉛筆・消しゴム・色鉛筆・のり・テープ・はさみ（あれば）
What exactly do you do in class? (STEAM Class)
レッスンのメインとなるSTEAMアクティビティの一部例として、以下のようなものがあります。参加するお子様の興味関心も見ながらSTEAM５分野を組み合わせ、英語漬け環境で取り組みます。（スケジュールはこちらorインスタグラムでご覧いただけます）
- Hand Structure Robot: 自分の手をよく観察し、なぞり絵を描いた後に紙筒や毛糸などを使用して実際の手のように動かしてみる。アナトミーの語彙も導入！（Science + Engineering + Arts）
- Heart model: 聴診器で心臓の音を聞いてみる。脈を測定。運動の前後でも比べる。心臓について調べた後ペットボトル3本を使って心臓モデルを作りその仕組みを見る。心臓の塗り絵で形や語彙をおさらい！（Science + Math + Arts）
- Intro to Programming: ViscuitやScratchでプログラミング的思考の基礎「コンピュータで何を創るか」の原体験をする。パネルカードを使用したアクティビティで身体を使って動作の基礎を学ぶ！（Technology + Arts）
- Paper crafts: 型紙を使って建物などを工作し実際に手を動かしながらモノの成立ちを学ぶ！（Engineering + Arts）
- Layers of the Earth: 自分の街から、地球、宇宙...と世界を広げていき、惑星としての地球の内部構造について粘土を使って学ぶ。自分だけの地球模型が完成！（Science + Arts)
Do you offer a make-up lesson?
STEAMクラスでは月謝制とチケット制とをお選び頂けます。
- 月謝制の生徒対象に欠席の補講という形でオンラインレッスンや春夏冬スクール等での補填をさせて頂くことがございます。
- チケット制の場合は事前に欠席連絡を頂くことで、無駄なくチケットをお使い頂けます。定期的にお休みの予定がある場合は、回数チケットがおすすめです。
- お休みしても英語時間は確保できるよう、メンバー用のリーディング教材を使用して、進捗を講師と自動シェアしています。レッスンでもおうちでも、最大限に学びをサポートします！
そのほかのグループレッスンは、原則、生徒さん都合のお休みに振替レッスンがありませんが、他曜日に同内容のクラスがあれば、出来るだけお入り頂くようにしています。
言語習得は、まずはインプット量から。英語の時間を確保して、急病以外は休まずぜひレッスンに参加しましょう。
How do you prevent illness in the classroom?
スタッフの体調管理、お子様入室時の健康チェック、またレッスン中の体調観察をしております。もしレッスン中に体調が悪くなられた場合は、保護者様に速やかにご連絡いたします。
レッスン中は定期的なドアの開閉、水分補給の時間を設けております。
マスクの着用は任意ですが、風邪症状がある場合には着用をおすすめすることがございます。
